Travel Period: November 2018 Destination:Valletta, Malta On our third day in Malta, we had breakfast at the famous Caffe Cordina, an old institution in Malta going back to 1837. After breakfast, we visited the beautiful Grandmaster's Palace. The Grandmaster's Palace in Valletta.

Travel Period: November 2018 Destination: The Three Cities, Valletta, Malta The Three Cities of Malta gave me a melancholic short trip back to the Phoenician times. Apart from the impressive architecture, it was a gloomy and wet day, something better spent indoors actually but when you are travelling for pleasure, you have no time to be cooped up inside your hotel.  We have no choice but to take it as it is and make the most of it. That also explains the somewhat downcast feel of the pictures here.

Travel Period: November 2018 Destination: Valletta, Malta I thought I have seen the most lavish and ostentatious interiors of churches in Vatican City and Bella Italia, but Malta proved me wrong in this holiday. I was in Malta last week for a short holiday. The view from our hotel room at Phoenicia is the Valletta fortified city, the Grand Harbour, and the Three Cities. The view above is Valletta fortified city. It's just surreal to wake up to this view every day.
