View of Dernau Village in Ahr Valley (Germany) from the Vineyards

Dernau is one of the wine villages in the red wine producing Ahr Valley.

The village can be seen from the Red Wine Trail (Rotweinwanderweg). I did not go down to the village though as it was so hot. I just wanted to go back to my hotel room and drink a paracetamol to cure my headache, which is exactly what I did after taking these pictures.

This is a panorama view of Dernau. The village is nestled in the Ahr Valley between the hillside vineyards.
